Paul and Jane Jones have shared values in business, and a passion for providing clients with real financial planning. As a boutique financial planning practice, Mackenzie Financial Planning provide a bespoke advantage financial planning service that is tailored to the clients individual requirements. Many of these clients come to us through introductions from solicitors and accountants.

Paul is passionate about the value of financial planning. He is an expert in the strategic construction of a client’s financial plan.
Jane Jones

Jane is focused on creating a highly organised and process-driven environment to ensure that client needs can be quickly and efficiently met.
Following his position as Executive consultant at the private client division for Prudential at Salford Quays, and managing the financial advisory team at a city centre accountants, Paul set up Mackenzie Financial Planning in 2006 to bring fee based financial planning to Lancashire and Greater Manchester. A brave decision, considering at that time commission based ‘financial advice’ was the norm.
In 2007 Paul brought Jane on board to oversee the administrative process and ensure that Mackenzie Financial Planning could deliver the service they were beginning to gain a reputation for.
Slow but steady growth followed as the financial planning model was embraced by new clients, and having discovered shared values, Paul and Jane finalised their partnership in 2011, when Mackenzie Financial Planning became a limited company, headed by Paul and Jane as directors.
